diy baby knee pads for crawling

If you worry about your crawling baby’s knees, you can make your own DIY knee pads with existing materials that you have at home.

Materials you need

  • A pair of old socks. Preferably elastic, ankle-hi, sports socks for ladies, because they are smaller.
  • Two nursing pads with adhesive bands
  • Double-sided tape if needed

Instructions

  • Cut the toes of the socks.
  • Take the nursing pads with adhesive bands. Put them inside the heel, sticking the adhesive part of the nursing pads to your sock.

I am a mother of two and a type of person who you would call “Jack of all trades, master of none”. As you might guess from categories, I love my children, reading, sewing, gardening, traveling and cooking. I also work full time so I have to be practical to do all the things I want to do in a 24-hr-day. More About Me
