Ultimate Reset, Phase II, Day 5

We had fruits this morning. Lunch was miso and microgreen salad. I ate Day 6’s dinner because it was harder to pack and bring it with me to the trip. Kabocha Squash with Tahini sauce. It was delicious. It was so filling that I had to skip the steamed veggies that was in the menu.

I packed my lunches and meals for 4 days for my business trip. I safely brought them over to the hotel and stacked them in the fridge. Along with supplements, powders and my big water bottle.

Tomorrow’s breakfast is steamed spinach and mashed chickpeas. If they serve fresh fruits at the hotel, I am good for breakfasts for the rest of the trip. Otherwise, I need to buy distilled water, avocado, fruits and frozen veggies for steaming.

Detox is going slow. I am kind of happy for this only because I don’t have to worry about finding a restroom while working at a clients site and walking around the facility for 4 days,.

At least, with this preparation, my mom can rest for the next 3 days. Phase II is almost over. Ultimate Reset, supplements and meals are a big part of our daily lives now. Remembering to take them, preparing the meals. There will be emptiness once the reset is over.

I am a mother of two and a type of person who you would call “Jack of all trades, master of none”. As you might guess from categories, I love my children, reading, sewing, gardening, traveling and cooking. I also work full time so I have to be practical to do all the things I want to do in a 24-hr-day. More About Me
